Chris Montanino enjoys a long history with homebuyers, having worked in the real estate profession for the past seventeen years. Chris’s experience gained him invaluable expertise in understanding consumer preferences and assisted him in developing an eye for design and efficiency that streamlined the house hunting experience for his clientele. Additionally, he realized that a singular need existed in our region. Jim Hand brings his enthusiasm for detailed craftsmanship to homebuilding. Returning to a passion for building begun in his youth, Jim's concern for quality construction puts him literally daily at the construction site, overseeing the work of a cadre of craftsmen hand-selected over the years.
