The cornerstone of the business model for Crockett Homes is customer satisfaction. Bruce Crockett, President of Crockett Homes, makes it a point to continually keep the customer informed and involved in the building process.
“Many clients are simply overwhelmed by the building process and the many choices that must be made. By taking time to meet with them on a regular basis, I have found that much of their anxiety can be eliminated. The customer has put their faith and confidence in me to build them the home of their dreams. I owe it to them to make the building process as enjoyable as possible. Nothing generates more future business than a satisfied customer.”
Crockett Homes has quickly distinguished itself as a builder of quality homes with an abundance of amenities not typically found in comparable priced homes. “I want people to be impressed with my homes from the moment they pull up in front of the house”, says Crockett. “I am very particular about the plans I build and always attempt to give the customer more than is expected in terms of quality and service.”
Bruce has spent many years in the construction industry before becoming a full time builder. His construction background includes not only residential construction but also commercial construction. Born in St. Joseph, Mo., Bruce moved to the Kansas City area in 1980. He received his bachelor’s degree from Rockhust College in 1992 and is a member of the Home Builders Association. Crockett and his wife Jill are the proud parents of two boys.
Bruce has built in a variety of subdivisions including Summit Mill, Mill Creek at Summit Mill, Woodland Glen, Belmont Farms, Summit Crossing, Pryor Meadows, Sunrise Estates and Windemere. He is also a partner in Aria Homes, LLC which builds mostly in the new Creekmoor subdivision in Raymore, Mo.
